MAIN OBJECTIVES AND COMPANY POLICY
SC LIMBURG SRL focuses its activity on clients requirements and expectations, environmental protection and natural resources, as well as protecting the life and health of people who work with or for us. In this respect, we promote a policy of reducing the negative impacts of our activities on the environment and the control of professional risks on Occupational Health and Safety.

At the center of our concerns is the interest in achieving quality products and services, according to the requirements, made in the context of protecting the health of employees, as well as the safety of the environment.

Target Strategies and Strategic Elements are mainly:
• Meeting the needs and expectations of our customers and suppliers;
• Ensuring appropriate measures and actions with social implications, aimed at improving working conditions, based on the principles of the human rights convention;
• Ensuring the infrastructure conditions, the working environment, the monitoring and measuring equipment and, as the case may be, the individual equipment necessary to achieve the products / services according to the specified and implicit requirements, compliance with legal, regulatory and other requirements to which the organization subscribes;
• Establishing appropriate communication and consultation methods for involving all organization personnel in maintaining and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.;
• Protecting the environment and rational use of natural resources;
• Developing a sense of confidence both at the level of the decision-makers within the organization, as well as among the employees;
• Further development of the team spirit in order to increase self-confidence and stability of the workforce in the organization;
• Obtaining a favorable image proven through high professionalism in solving all problems and through optimal relationships with clients, employees, suppliers and other interested parties;
